On-Demand Laundry, Tracked in Real Time

Dr Snow-White Laundry came to us wanting more than a booking form — they wanted their customers to experience the same convenience and visibility that modern delivery apps offer, but built specifically around laundry pickup and drop-off. We designed and built a complete mobile platform: a customer-facing app for booking and tracking, and a dedicated driver app for managing pickups and deliveries.

The result is a smooth, end-to-end experience — customers book a collection, pay in-app, and watch their driver approach on a live map, right through to delivery and rating.

Overview:

Dual-role app experience: a customer booking flow and a dedicated driver app for pickup & delivery management.
Real-time GPS driver tracking with Google Maps, so customers can follow their order live.
Secure OTP-based sign-up and login, with saved delivery addresses.
In-app payments, order history, ratings & reviews, and push notification preferences.

Challenge:

Coordinating real-time location updates between customer and driver apps without draining battery or lagging.
Designing a booking flow that handles multiple service types, pricing, and scheduling cleanly.
Building a reliable notification system across the full pickup-to-delivery order lifecycle.
Meeting strict location-permission and privacy requirements for App Store & Google Play submission.

Solution And Results:

We built the app on React Native (Expo) with a Firebase backend for authentication, data, and real-time sync — giving Dr Snow-White Laundry a scalable foundation without heavy server overhead. Google Maps powers live driver tracking end-to-end.

Customers can book, pay, track, and rate their laundry orders from a single app.
Drivers get their own in-app navigation and order-management experience.
Push notifications keep customers informed at every stage of their order.
We continue to support the app through updates and new feature rollouts as Dr Snow-White Laundry grows.
