A Full Laundry-Service Ecosystem

Makoti Laundry needed more than a booking app — they needed a complete operating platform: a customer app for bookings and payments, a driver app for pickups and deliveries, and a web dashboard for staff to run the whole operation. We built all three on a shared Firebase backend, giving Makoti Laundry one connected system instead of three disconnected tools.

The app carries its own brand identity throughout — from icon and splash screen to in-app colors — and adds Apple and Google Sign-In on top of the existing OTP login for faster onboarding.

Overview:

Challenge:

Extending a proven laundry-app platform with a brand-new web admin dashboard on a tight turnaround.
Keeping the customer app, driver app, and admin dashboard in sync via a shared Firebase backend.
Adding Apple & Google Sign-In without fragmenting the existing OTP login experience.
Rebranding the platform end-to-end — colors, icons, and splash screens — to match Makoti Laundry's identity.

Solution And Results:

We delivered a full laundry-service ecosystem on React Native (Expo) and Firebase: a customer app, a driver app, and a web admin dashboard, all reading from the same real-time data source.

Makoti Laundry staff can manage the entire operation — orders, drivers, customers — from a single dashboard.
Customers get a fast, flexible sign-in experience and real-time order tracking.
Drivers use a dedicated in-app navigation and order-management flow.
We continue to provide ongoing support as Makoti Laundry expands its service area.
